Establishments and Temporary Food Events
TMHD licenses and inspects operations that serve food to the public. Inspections are conducted according to the CT Public Health Code requirements. Plan reviews are required for food establishments that are new, remodeled or new ownership. The Health District also investigates complaints associated with food service establishments as well as food borne illness reports.
