
About Us
The Trumbull Monroe Health District (TMHD) was established in 2004. It is a governmental agency that provides local public health services to the residents of Trumbull and Monroe. TMHD provides services that are aimed at keeping our communities healthy.
TMHD is governed by a board of directors appointed by the First Selectmen of Trumbull and Monroe. TMHD is led by Patrice A. Sulik, MPH,RS, Director of Health. The Director of Health is responsible for protecting the health of residents by enforcing the Public Health Code of the State of Connecticut. The staff includes highly trained professionals who work to prevent the spread of infectious disease agents in the environment and community and to protect the public’s health.
The TMHD is located at 2 Corporate Drive, Suite 116, Trumbull, CT 06611. Office hours are Monday – Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
