Adult Health Monitoring Clinics

TMHD offers adult vaccination clinics to those 18 years of age and older. Vaccinations are administered by the Registered Nurse. Appointments are required. Cost for vaccinations vary. Contact TMHD at 203-452-5195 to schedule an appointment.
