TMHD offers a variety of prevention programs and screenings to assist in the early prevention/detection of chronic disease. Programs/screenings include cardiovascular health, diabetes screening, skin cancer programs/facial analysis screenings, and stroke assessment screenings. Educational information is provided on a variety of topics relating to chronic disease.
